Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years clinical practice experience post residency training, or completion of faculty development fellowship preferred.
• Licensure to practice medicine in North Carolina; Board Certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine or Board Eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care in endocrinology clinic and diabetes education center; after-hours on-call coverage.
• Supervise and teach residents and house staff in the outpatient practice; participate in CQI and core curriculum lectures.
