UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a Research Data Specialist to provide ongoing data management for local and national studies under the supervision of Investigators. You will prepare statistical information, review medical records for eligibility, and ensure data integrity across multiple protocols.

The role supports IRB submissions, data queries, and cohort maintenance, collaborating with study teams to ensure accurate data capture and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience with High School Diploma or
• 1 year experience with Associate's Degree
• Bachelor's Degree in medical or science related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare data for each subject entered in or removed from studies.
• Enter data into case report forms or data collection systems.
• Support QA/QC clinical analysis and data checks.
• Assist with regulatory requirements and IRB submissions.
• Recruit and enroll patients in studies under supervision.
• Assist with preparation for sponsor audits or internal audits.
