Job summary

Spectrum Medical Partners seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) with endocrinology expertise to join our Orlando clinical team on a contractor basis. The role involves autonomous patient management, collaboration with physicians, and coordinating care for acute and chronic endocrine conditions.

Requirements include endocrinology experience, Florida APRN license in good standing, possible Florida DEA license, and current national board certification with active BLS.

Qualifications

• Endocrinology experience required.
• APRN license in Florida in good standing.
• Active Florida DEA license if applicable.
• Current national board certification.
• Active BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients and obtain comprehensive medical histories.
• Adhere to documentation and charting protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop patient care plans.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging as indicated.
• Prescribe and administer treatments in accordance with licensure.
• Promote preventive care through patient education.
