Job summary

Spectrum Medical Partners seeks an experienced Endocrinology Advanced Practice Provider (ARNP) in Orlando on a 1099 contractor basis. The role involves autonomous patient care, coordination with physicians, and managing both acute and chronic endocrine conditions.

Experience in endocrinology is required; Florida licensure, DEA (if applicable), board certification, and BLS are mandatory. On-site duties include exams, tests, education, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Endocrinology experience required in clinical settings.
• Current Florida medical license in good standing.
• Florida DEA license if applicable.
• National board certification and BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients and obtain comprehensive medical histories.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to plan patient care.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging as needed.
• Prescribe and administer treatments in line with licensure and protocols.
• Educate patients on preventive care and disease management.
• Refer to specialists to optimize outcomes and coordinate care.
• Report deaths/communicable diseases to authorities as required.
