Albany Medical Center Endocrinology clinic is an academic community hospital committed to high‑quality, patient‑centered endocrinology care. Our team provides comprehensive management for a wide variety of endocrine conditions such as type 1, type 2, and gestational diabetes, thyroid disorders, and other related endocrine conditions using the latest diabetes technologies (insulin pumps, CGM), evidence‑based therapies, and multidisciplinary support.
We are seeking a motivated NP or PA to join our Endocrine team. The clinician will deliver outpatient care and manage diabetes and thyroid disease, lead diabetes technology initiation and follow‑up, provide patient education, and collaborate closely with endocrinologists, obstetrics (for gestational diabetes), nutritionists, and diabetes specialists.
