Atlanta Diabetes Associates is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our endocrinology team within a hospital environment. The successful candidate will deliver specialized endocrine care, collaborate with endocrinologists, and contribute to the clinic's overall success.

You will conduct endocrinology-focused assessments, develop patient-centered care plans, order and interpret tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate referrals as needed.

Qualifications

• Current state license and certification as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA).
• In-depth knowledge of endocrine disorders and related diagnostic and treatment modalities.
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in endocrinology.
• Experience working as an APP in an endocrinology setting is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough endocrinology-focused patient assessments and provide diagnoses based on clinical findings.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans for individuals with endocrine disorders.
• Order and interpret specialized endocrinology diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and initiate referrals as needed.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records with a focus on endocrine health data within our EMR system.
• Work closely with hospital staff to coordinate patient care, ensuring a seamless endocrine care experience.

Work Schedule:

Full-time | 40 hour work week
