Job summary

InterMed, P.A. in Portland, Maine, is seeking a Board-Certified Endocrinologist to join a physician-led practice committed to Care Without Compromise.

You will help grow our Endocrinology services, manage a wide range of endocrine disorders, and contribute to clinical innovation. This role offers collaboration with in-house specialists, access to CGM, thyroid ultrasound, and fine-needle aspiration, and opportunities for mentorship and professional development.

Qualifications

• Board-certified endocrinologist with MD license.
• Active DEA license required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Experience managing diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, or adrenal/pituitary conditions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, and adrenal/pituitary conditions.
• Participate in clinical innovation and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists to coordinate patient care and outcomes.

Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
