Join one physician, two CRNPs, Certified Diabetes Educators, and Registered Dietitians in a supportive team. Teaching opportunities through the Family Medicine Residency Program are available.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified endocrinologist.
• Experience in outpatient endocrine care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient endocrine care in a hospital-affiliated group.
• Collaborate with diabetes care team and specialists to coordinate patient management.
