Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible endocrinologist.
• Outpatient endocrinology practice experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-based, collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient endocrine care to adults.
• Collaborate with CRNPs, diabetes educators, and dietitians.
• Involve teaching opportunities with Family Medicine Residency Program.
• Manage an active insulin pump patient panel.
