Job summary

Top Echelon LLC seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist for a Northwest Indiana outpatient role, just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago. The position blends busy clinical care with a high-tech hospital environment and EPIC EHR enhanced by AI features.

You will treat diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal disorders, and metabolic health, while collaborating across specialties to build a thriving endocrine clinic with compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Endocrinology or eligibility.
• US medical school graduate or international equivalent (MD/DO).
• Endocrinology fellowship trained in Diabetes & Metabolism.
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license or eligible for licensure within 90–120 days.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient evaluation and management of adult endocrine disorders.
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and FNA as indicated.
• Collaborate with PCPs, surgeons, and diabetes educators.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster long-term provider-patient relationships.
