Job summary

The Division of Endocrinology at the UNC School of Medicine is recruiting an open-rank, fixed-term faculty member to join our team. The position includes inpatient consult coverage, outpatient care, and teaching duties for fellows and students.

Academic rank will be commensurate with qualifications. The Eastowne MOB location offers on-site radiology, lab and infusion services, with strong collaboration across the department.

Qualifications

• MD/DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• Emphasis on exceptional clinical skills and strong communication.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and teach trainees.

Responsibilities

• Cover inpatient consult services and provide direct outpatient care.
• Precept and educate fellows, residents and medical students.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Participate in academic activities and program development.
