Job summary

Sentara Medical Group in Charlottesville, Virginia, is seeking an experienced Endocrinologist for our outpatient practice. You will join a collegial team of two physicians, two APPs, and a Diabetes Educator, with strong staff support and an integrated Epic EHR.

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Endocrinology.
• Completion of medical degree and endocrinology fellowship/training.
• Experience in outpatient endocrinology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• See 15-17 patients per day in outpatient clinic.
• Provide comprehensive endocrine care to a diverse patient population.
• No after-hours calls except for critical labs.
• Collaborate with a nurse and staff to coordinate care.
• Benefit from a strong patient referral program.
