Job summary

Sentara Medical Group is seeking an experienced Endocrinologist to join our outpatient practice in Charlottesville, VA. You will work with a collegial team and a dedicated endocrine nurse to manage a wide spectrum of endocrine disorders for a diverse patient population.

The role supports a healthy work-life balance with no after-hours calls, except for critical labs, and offers a strong referral program to grow your patient base. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• Completion of medical degree and residency/fellowship training in Endocrinology.

Responsibilities

• Join a collegial Endocrinology team, including 2 experienced physicians, 2 Advanced Practice Providers and a Diabetic Educator.
• See 15-17 patients per day in the clinic, enabling quality interactions and personalized care.
• No after-hours calls, with the exception of critical labs, to promote work-life balance.

The base pay range for full-time employment is $251,742.40 - $278,241.60 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
