Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• Eligible for or active Illinois medical license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad range of endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid, and metabolic conditions.
• Provide outpatient consultations, follow‑up care, and treatment planning.

• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialty physicians.
• Support diabetes education and chronic disease management programs.
