Job summary

United Future is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Endocrinologist to join a physician-led team in Suffolk County, Long Island. This outpatient position offers flexible hours within a multidisciplinary practice with strong support for comprehensive endocrine care.

Candidate should be licensed in New York and possess excellent diagnostic, communication, and team collaboration skills. Opportunity for leadership and growth in a patient-centered environment with integrated diabetes

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist in NY.
• Licensed in New York State or eligible for licensure.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow and manage patient base.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality endocrine care as a key clinical provider.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments including history, physicals, and test interpretation.
• Outpatient-focused role within a multispecialty group.
• Access to integrated diabetes care services including educators and dietitians.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor medication regimens.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
• Promote preventive health strategies and chronic disease management.
• Participate in ongoing medical education and practice improvement.
