Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist for a well-established multispecialty group in Suffolk County, Long Island. The practice emphasizes clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and collaborative care. Outpatient-focused with access to diabetes care services and a broad endocrine scope.

The position offers flexible hours, Monday-Friday, with no on-call requirements, and a competitive compensation package. NY licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology.
• Licensed or eligible for NY licensure.
• Excellent diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality endocrine care as a key clinical provider.
• Take medical history, perform physical exams, and interpret tests.
• Outpatient-focused role within a multispecialty group with a diverse patient population.
• Coordinate with diabetes care services (Educators and Dietitians).
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor medications.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
• Promote preventive health and chronic disease management.
• Engage in ongoing medical education and practice improvement.
