The practice offers flexible hours, Monday–Friday, with no on-call duties and a strong support network for multidisciplinary endocrine care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board eligibility/certification in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology.
• Licensed in New York State or eligible for licensure.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with patient-centered care.
• Experience with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key clinical provider in the delivery of high-quality endocrine care.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments including history taking, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests.
• Outpatient-focused role within a multispecialty group with full scope endocrinology practice.
• Access to integrated diabetes care services including CDEs and RDs.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor medication regimens.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to promote preventive health.
