Job summary
Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join a well-established physician-led group on Long Island. The outpatient-focused role offers flexible hours (Mon-Fri) with no call and access to diabetes education services.
You will diagnose and manage endocrine disorders, develop individualized plans, and maintain EMRs in a collaborative environment. Requirements include MD/DO, NY license, and board certification in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology; strong
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with board eligibility/certification in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology.
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New York State.
- Strong diagnostic, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with patient-centered approach.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key clinical provider in delivery of high-quality endocrine care.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments including history, exam, and tests interpretation.
- Outpatient-focused role within a multispecialty group; diverse patient population.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams and promote preventive health strategies.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic medical records and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and monitor medications; participate in ongoing medical education and practice improvements.
