Job summary

Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, Maine, seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible endocrinologist to join a growing practice. The role offers a balanced schedule and a team-based environment focused on diabetes and endocrine care.

Compensation includes a base salary range with productivity bonuses, plus a robust benefits package, CME support, and relocation/sign-on options to support relocation to Maine.

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Endocrinology.
• Eligibility to obtain a Maine medical license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Special interests in FNA procedures, thyroid, and other areas are welcomed and supported.

Responsibilities

• Provide endocrine care to patients with diabetes and other endocrine disorders.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, RNs, dietitians, medical assistants and staff to deliver care.
• Clinic schedule includes an average of ~10 patients per day and coordinating with the team.
• Participate in diabetes management programs and medical nutrition therapy.
