Job summary

Healthcare United in Dekalb, IL seeks a board eligible/board certified endocrinologist to join an established endocrine and diabetes team in a busy community-based outpatient practice with consult-only hospital coverage.

Collaborate with three endocrinologists and APPs, with on-site educators and access to specialized programs and academic opportunities through affiliate institutions.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completion of Internal Medicine Residency and Endocrinology Fellowship.
• Board eligible or board certified in Endocrinology.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, evaluate, and treat hormonal imbalances, thyroid conditions, osteoporosis, diabetes, and other endocrine disorders.
• Provide outpatient care with consult-only hospital coverage.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Offer patient counseling on the management of endocrine disorders.
• Participate in educational programs and professional development.
