Qualifications

• MD/DO from accredited medical school.
• BC/BE in Specialty.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
• DEA license with full prescriptive authority.
• Idaho Board of Pharmacy license.
• Eligibility to obtain Medical Staff Privileges with St. Luke's Health System.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Collaborative, team-based approach to patient care.
• Dedicated medical staff support for each physician.
• Multidisciplinary care with diabetes educators, behavioral health specialists, and clinical pharmacy.
