Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Endocrinologist role based in the United States at Endocrine Center Houston. The Endocrinologist will provide direct patient care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of diabetes and a broad range of endocrine disorders. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, adjusting treatment plans, and offering patient and family education on disease management and lifestyle modifications. The role involves collaborating with other physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, maintaining accurate medical records, and following evidence-based guidelines and regulatory requirements. The Endocrinologist may also participate in quality improvement initiatives, case reviews, and practice development activities across multiple clinic locations.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical expertise in Endocrinology and Diabetes care, with the ability to manage complex endocrine disorders.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO) from an accredited institution, completion of Internal Medicine residency, and Endocrinology fellowship.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Endocrinology and active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility) in the United States.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, thorough clinical documentation, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and provide clear patient education.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage a full patient caseload across multiple clinic locations.
