Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking an experienced endocrinologist to diagnose and manage endocrine disorders, including diabetes and thyroid diseases, while coordinating long‑term patient care with primary care providers.

The role requires board certification in endocrinology, active state licensure, and a commitment to TB screening as part of Humana's program. Excellent patient communication and on‑call availability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• MD/DO from an accredited program.
• Board Certification in Endocrinology is required.
• Active state licensure to practice medicine is required.
• Role involves patient-facing duties and TB screening.

• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 5 or more years of technical experience
• Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
• Board Certification in Endocrinology
• This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Must be willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone
