Job summary

Springfield Clinic is seeking an Endocrinologist who values autonomy, collaboration, and delivering exceptional patient care to join their expanding team of providers.

The chosen physician will partner with five endocrinologists, participate in a diabetes wellness program, and benefit from a two-year path to partnership, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of a large multispecialty practice in Illinois.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification in Endocrinology.
• Experience in outpatient/endocrinology clinic settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide endocrine consultations and patient management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across the system.
• Support and participate in diabetes education and ADA programs.

• Diabetes wellness center with CDE and dietitian recognized by American Diabetes Association (ADA), offering services including diabetes education, diabetes classes, nutrition counseling and insulin pump training.
