Best Medical Center Inc. in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Endocrinologist to join our outpatient care team. You will provide comprehensive endocrine services, develop personalized treatment plans, manage diabetes and thyroid disorders, and educate patients on lifestyle and medications.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completion of an Internal Medicine residency and Endocrinology fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-focused collaborative team player.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrinology care.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat endocrine and metabolic conditions.
• Manage diabetes, thyroid disorders, obesity, osteoporosis, lipid disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Order and review laboratory and diagnostic testing.
• Educate patients on conditions, medications, nutrition, and lifestyle.
• Collaborate with primary care and care team members.
• Maintain accurate medical records and continuity of care.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrinology care.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of endocrine and metabolic conditions.
• Manage patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, obesity, osteoporosis, lipid disorders, and other endocrine conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Order and review laboratory and diagnostic testing.
• Educate patients on their conditions, medications, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Work closely with primary care providers and other members of the care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Provide ongoing follow-up and continuity of care.
• Help contribute to a positive, patient-focused experience.

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO degree.
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and Endocrinology fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Compensation

Compensation: $225,000–$265,000 annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
