Management Performance Associates is seeking an Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a physician-led group in the Northwest Indiana region, just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago. This full-time, outpatient-focused role offers a dynamic mix of clinical endocrinology with modern hospital infrastructure, EPIC EHR integration, and strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Fellowship-trained in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible for state licensure within 90–120 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing management for adult endocrine disorders (diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal disorders, osteoporosis, metabolic health).
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and fine-needle aspirations (FNA) as clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with a network of primary care providers, surgeons, bariatric specialists, and diabetes educators.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster long-term provider-patient relationships through individualized care planning.

Practice in a HIMSS Stage VII environment featuring full EPIC EHR integration with modern AI functionality. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize cutting-edge clinical tools and EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and health system quality improvement initiatives
• Foster strong, long-term provider-patient relationships through individualized care planning

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Fellowship-trained in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
