RWJBarnabas Health, New Jersey's largest integrated healthcare system, is seeking a board-eligible/certified Endocrinologist to join our team. About this position:
We are thrilled to announce the opening of a brand-new Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) in June 2025, centrally located in Old Bridge, New Jersey with convenient access to New York City, Philadelphia, and the Jersey Shore. The ACC facility is designed to be a "one-stop shop" for outpatient services, housing imaging, lab, and urgent care services all under one roof. This setup allows for seamless patient care and a high level of convenience for both providers and patients. Additionally, the facility's prime location guarantees high foot traffic, enabling new providers to build a busy practice quickly and efficiently.
With 20-30 providers in the building on any given day, we foster a strong sense of community and collaboration among healthcare professionals. This role also provides an excellent opportunity to connect with academic programs at both Rutgers Medical School and RWJBarnabas Health, further enhancing your professional development.

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $200,000 to $350,000 per year.
The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.
