A leading academic health center in New York is seeking a full-time Endocrine Surgeon at the Associate Professor/Professor level. The role involves managing a high volume of endocrine cases and offers a competitive salary and benefits. Candidates must be board-certified in general surgery and fellowship-trained in endocrine surgery. This position provides opportunities for teaching and research in a modern, supportive environment.
The Department of Surgery at Albany Medical Center seeks a full-time Endocrine Surgeon at the Associate Professor/Professor level to join two existing partners. Candidates must be BE/BC in general surgery and have completed an Endocrine Surgery Fellowship program. Faculty will be eligible for an academic appointment at the Associate Professor/Professor level commensurate with experience. This service line supports the Albany Med Health System and offers an environment of academic inquiry, cutting-edge technology, and minimally invasive approaches, quality initiatives, clinical or basic research support.
Highly competitive base salary (Base salary range $389,000 to $441,000) with incentive bonus program. Generous sign on bonus and relocation package. Salary is commensurate with the level of academic appointment. Rich benefits package including malpractice coverage and robust retirement plan
