Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks an Endocrine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens coverage in Hartford, CT. Start date ASAP, schedule Mon–Fri, 8a–5p, outpatient cancer center, Endocrine Neoplasia cases, EPIC EMR.

Credentialing typically 4–8 weeks; CT license required; board certification and BLS/DEA/Chemotherapy-Immunotherapy/Oncology Certs expected. Prior endocrine experience preferred; travel and housing support provided by AMN.

Qualifications

• Board-certified advanced practitioner in Endocrinology or related field.
• CT state medical license required.
• Minimum 1 year of Advanced Practitioner experience in Endocrinology or Endocrine Neoplasia.
• Credentialing typically 4–8 weeks and proficiency with EPIC EMR.

This facility is seeking an Endocrine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p

Practice Setting: Outpatient Cancer Center

Type of cases: Endocrine Neoplasia

Credentialing timeframe: 4-8 weeks

Electronic Medical Record: EPIC

Certifications required: Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Chemotherapy & Immunotherapy Certification and Oncology Certified

Licensure required: Connecticut state medical license

and one year of Advanced Practitioner experience in Endocrinology or Endocrine Neoplasia.
