What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop superior product and disease state knowledge to engage in clinical dialogue with healthcare professionals
- Drive outstanding sales performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts
- Utilize assigned budgets effectively to achieve therapeutic and territory expectations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver appropriate resources within the territory
- Demonstrate administrative excellence in managing work hours, sales data, and customer objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of previous sales experience in a specialty sales environment, preferably in rare diseases and injectable products
- Proven ability to work in an ambiguous, changing environment; start-up experience preferred
- Experience working with complex distribution systems and HUB services
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record; overnight travel required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a new product launch environment
- Demonstrated experience working with patient services in a distribution HUB and specialty pharmacies
- Ability to develop a successful business plan based on customer and patient needs
- Proven ability to analyze data/metrics to assess progress against objectives
- Strong performance history in specialty drug environments, particularly in rare or orphan diseases
