Job Description:

6:30a-3p - Evening, Holiday and Weekend On Call

The Endo Tech collaborates with other personnel to provide optimal patient care to those undergoing various Endo procedures, and assist the physician and RN

Appropriately sets up endoscopy case by providing appropriate equipment and supplies based upon the procedure.

  • Assists in setting up, attaching appropriate monitors on patients and assisting with procedure.
  • Assists other rooms in preparing for cases and cleaning room after procedure.
  • Re-stocks supplies in the Endoscopy Suite daily.
  • Cleans and performs routine maintenance of all endoscopy equipment as needed.
  • Performs as a member of the endoscopy team in optimizing room turnaround time.
  • Ensures a clean and tidy work area throughout scope process.

Requirements:

  • High School/ GED
  • Must obtain . SGNA Associates Program to be completed within 6 months of hire or transfer within 6 months
  • 1-2 years endo lab experience preferred
  • Graduate of approved Surgical Technologist Program preferred.
