Job summary

TalentBurst, Inc. is seeking an experienced Endoscopy RN for a full-time assignment in Geneva, NY. The role involves 4x9s (36 hours/week) with a call rotation and one-hour call response time. Shifts begin early morning with pre-, intra-, and post-op responsibilities across Endoscopy. The assignment runs 26 weeks and may extend through holidays.

The RN provides expert nursing care, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and supports patient education and safety throughout the care episode.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with Endoscopy experience or interest in GI procedures.
• Demonstrated patient assessment and plan of care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to manage call rotations and fast response times.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult patients in the Endoscopy unit.
• Assess patient needs, plan and implement care with the team.
• Provide patient and family education to support post-discharge care.
• Coordinate with pre-op, intra-op, and post-op staff to ensure smooth shifts.
