Job summary

Piedmont Macon North is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care from birth through the lifecycle. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while coordinating patient care activities with assigned staff.

Required RN licensure in Georgia, BCLS, ACLS; BSN preferred. Four 9-hour shifts with call may be required; new grads eligible for PRN positions with hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• BCLS/ACLS training may be required; specialty certifications encouraged.
• 1 year hospital experience preferred; new grads eligible for PRN positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care.
