Job summary

The Piedmont Newton Hospital is seeking a staff nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across the lifespan, guided by registered nursing standards. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care within the hospital's policies, maintaining high standards of practice and coordinating care with all assigned staff.

Education includes nursing school graduation with RN licensure in Georgia; BCLS is required. New graduates are eligible; hospital experience is preferred for PRN positions.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNCL Multistate License. Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable (see addendum)
