Job summary

HCA Healthcare's Bay Area Houston Endoscopy in Webster, TX is hiring an Endoscopy Technician. Under the GI/Endoscopy Nurse, you will assist with patient care during GI/Endoscopy procedures and help maintain a sanitary, well-equipped unit.

Responsibilities include high-disinfection of endoscopy gear, preparing equipment and rooms between cases, assisting with specimen labeling and communication with surgeons and circulating RN.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program preferred.
• One-year acute care experience, preferably in an ambulatory surgery center.
• Valid BCLS Certification upon employment (online certification not acceptable).

Job Summary And Qualifications

As an Endoscopy Tech, under the direction of a GI/Endoscopy Nurse, you will contribute to the company’s mission and vision by assisting with the care of patients undergoing GI/Endoscopy procedures.
