End User Support Technician

We’re looking for a hands-on End User Support Technician to provide responsive, customer-focused technical support. This role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, resolving hardware/software issues, and supporting users both in person and remotely.

• Image, install, upgrade, and repair desktops/laptops (Windows/macOS)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues (IP, VPN)
• Resolve and document tickets in ServiceNow
• Support users onsite and remotely, including mobile device support
• Assist with software installations and licensing compliance
• Set up workstations for new hires and office moves
• Maintain IT asset inventory and device assignments
• Provide tier-1 AV support (Zoom, Teams, conference room setups)
• Contribute to knowledge base documentation and updates
• Participate in change/problem management processes

Required Skills & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and peripherals
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and AV equipment
• Basic understanding of networking and identity/access management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team
• Customer-first mindset with a sense of urgency
