Job summary

Investigo is seeking an End User Computing Lead (EUC) to own and modernise the organisation's Microsoft 365 and workplace environment. This fully remote role focuses on Intune, Entra ID and Windows 11, blending hands-on delivery with platform ownership and stakeholder management.

You will standardise the MS 365 landscape, improve end-user experience, and support a cloud-first strategy across a multinational IT function.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 management and Autopilot.
• Proven ability to deploy and troubleshoot Teams and Office apps.
• Experience coordinating across multi-site, international teams.

Job description

We are seeking an End User Computing Lead (EUC) to join a growing international education organisation and take ownership of its Microsoft 365 and modern workplace environment. This is a fully remote opportunity focused primarily on Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and Windows 11, combining hands-on technical delivery with platform ownership and stakeholder management.

Working across the multinational Group IT function, you'll help develop and standardise the Microsoft 365 environment, improve the end-user experience and support the organisation's continued move towards a modern, cloud-first approach.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Own the Group's Microsoft 365 environment, including Intune, Entra ID, Windows 11, and Microsoft Teams.
• Manage device configuration, compliance, application deployment, Autopilot and endpoint security through Intune.
• Provide technical support across Microsoft 365, identity, devices and applications.
• Develop and maintain consistent standards across the Group's end-user environment.
• Work closely with regional IT teams, schools and third-party providers to resolve complex technical issues and deliver improvements.

Additional Experience & Attributes:

• Strong commercial experience with Microsoft 365, particularly Intune and Entra ID.
• Good understanding of Windows 10/11, modern device management, Autopilot and Conditional Access.
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft Teams and Office applications, including deployment and troubleshooting.
• Experience working within multi-site or geographically dispersed environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to remain hands-on and take ownership of technical issues.
• Education-sector experience or familiarity with Microsoft 365 for Education would be advantageous.
