Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement system solutions for operational processes.
• Translate business needs into technical specs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define APIs, data pipelines, and interfaces with ERPs, WMS, TMS, and procurement tools.
• Own UAT—test plans, defect triage, and production rollout sign-offs.
• Lead change management, user training, and adoption measurement.
• Lead domain expertise in materials planning, sourcing, PO execution, and P2P.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose automated platform features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Mitigate delivery risks and dependencies.
