Job summary

PI AgSciences US in Missouri seeks a Supply Chain Operations Analyst to oversee the day-to-day U.S. supply chain and customer fulfillment, owning the end-to-end order-to-cash process, SAP transactions, and accurate inventory records.

You will coordinate shipments with warehouses and carriers, support production planning and procurement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in supply chain, logistics, customer operations, purchasing, manufacturing planning, or order management.
• Experience managing customer orders from receipt through invoicing.
• Experience coordinating shipments with warehouses and freight carriers.
• Experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order-to-cash process for the U.S. business.
• Enter and maintain customer orders in SAP.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with third-party warehouses.
• Schedule outbound shipments with freight carriers.
• Monitor shipments and communicate order status.
• Resolve order discrepancies and customer inquiries.
• Perform inventory transactions and generate invoices.
• Maintain customer master and shipping information.
