Job summary

Clarios in Canby, Oregon seeks a Production Planning and Control professional to oversee production and warehousing activities and manage inventory investments at the plant. You will analyze orders and forecasts to prepare capacity and inventory plans, directing releases to align with production targets and maintain balanced inventories.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, leadership experience, and a background in forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Technical or business field required.
• 3–5 years manufacturing experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years supervising a team.
• Minimum of 3 years participating in forecasting processes.
• Experience interpreting data and telling the story to all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control production and warehousing activities to optimize inventory investment.
• Analyze orders and forecasts to prepare production and inventory plans.
• Direct scheduling and release of production and purchases to meet plans.
• Maintain data integrity and KPI reporting; support capacity analyses.
