Job summary

PPG Industries (UK) Limited in Circleville, OH is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a $25MM inventory portfolio and achieve a 96% service level. The role is on-site and reports to the Supply Chain Director.

Responsibilities include S&OP execution, demand-supply balancing, procurement, and production planning, with exposure to ERP systems and advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of Supply Chain experience in a batch manufacturing facility.
• Leadership experience managing dynamic supply chains.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement frameworks.
• Oracle and/or SAP ERP planning modules experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and Power BI for supply chain modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end supply plan, balancing volume, cost, and service levels.
• Drive inventory health metrics and reduce excess and obsolete stock.
• Establish safety stock levels and replenishment parameters using statistical modeling.
• Lead SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) with data-driven insights and scenario modeling.
• Coordinate production scheduling, capacity utilization, and material availability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to align with service and safety requirements.
• Lead cross-functional supply chain initiatives and improvement projects.
