Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned advisor for our End-to-End Supply Chain & Engineering practice in the United States. You will work with business leaders to deliver actionable supply chain insights and drive enterprise-wide improvements across strategies that scale.

The role requires at least 5 years of supply chain transformation experience, 5 years in consulting or 7 in internal consulting, and hands-on AI/LLM experience. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience on supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years at a consulting firm or 7 years internal consulting experience or equivalent role in non-consulting companies.
• Experience with AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI platforms
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)

Responsibilities

• Work with business leaders to deliver actionable supply chain insights for top organizations.
• Address enterprise-wide issues with scalable strategies that can be executed rapidly and at scale.
• Spot, define, and solve supply chain problems using architecture, analytics, and processes.
• Give clients insights that help make their operations faster, better, and more efficient.
• Challenge legacy ways of working to fuel client growth and new capabilities.
• Leverage technology to find new ways to improve client effectiveness.
• Manage small to mid-size teams with diverse backgrounds and skills.
• Mentor and coach colleagues, collaborating with internal and external partners.
• Support client sales origination and external thought leadership.
• Drive volunteerism initiatives in the communities where we work and live.
