Job summary

Air Distribution Limited in Plano, TX seeks a Transformation Manager – S&OP to own end-to-end implementation of a harmonized Sales and Operations Planning process across business units, plants, and brand portfolio. This is an individual contributor role with high visibility and direct exposure to senior leadership.

You will lead the S&OP rollout, drive cultural change, establish KPIs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage multiple work streams to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• 6+ years transformation/program management experience.
• Hands-on experience with S&OP processes in commercial or operations domains.
• Experience in PE-owned or investor-governed environments preferred.
• Experience with IBP processes and frameworks preferred.
• Change management experience with adoption across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the S&OP implementation end-to-end from current-state to future-state design and rollout.
• Drive change and cultural adoption across plants and functions.
• Establish KPIs including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, and planning cycle adherence.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across sales, operations, and finance.
• Manage multiple parallel work streams including demand/forecasting and capacity planning.
• Harmonize diverse brand needs into one standardized process across a multi-plant footprint.
• Build and maintain a program plan covering scope, timeline, risks, and dependencies.
• Prepare and deliver regular updates to executive leadership on progress and decisions.
