Job summary

Trajan Wealth LLC is seeking a functional QA engineer to test the full system, including web, mobile app, and client portals, from source systems to reporting. This onsite role at our Scottsdale headquarters emphasizes data integrity, security testing, and boundary analysis.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into comprehensive test cases and ensure robust quality across all channels.

Qualifications

Must have experience with SQL and Snowflake for data validation and reconciliation.
Proficient with Chrome DevTools for debugging and testing web apps.
Experience testing REST APIs (Postman recommended).
Experience testing mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web portals.
Familiar with test management/defect tracking tools (Jira/TestRail/Zephyr).
Experience in the financial services industry, wealth management preferred.

Responsibilities

Test end-to-end workflows across web, mobile, and portals to ensure consistent UX.
Validate data integrity in Snowflake from source to reporting.
Incorporate basic security testing for authentication and access controls.
Think critically about edge cases and system boundaries.
Translate requirements into clear test cases with stakeholders.
Assess impact of changes across data paths and downstream systems.
Perform QA duties for web-based applications including planning, execution, and regression.
