The Father's Table in Sanford, FL is seeking a Product Lifecycle Manager to oversee large-scale projects across the product lifecycle. You will manage end-to-end initiatives from planning to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams including Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to meet timelines and regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of project management and product launch experience in food manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with product commercialization processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of FDA/USDA regulations and QA protocols.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects across the product lifecycle.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables and budgets.
• Own projects from initiation to completion and ensure tracking of all stages.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to define scope, deliverables, and resources.
• Mitigate risks that could affect scope, schedule, or costs.
• Drive process optimization and maintain project documentation.
