Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned payroll clients with proactive communication.
• Gather, validate, and enter payroll data for timely processing.
• Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations; apply changes as needed.
• Troubleshoot payroll, tax, system, and compliance issues promptly.
• Train clients on payroll software and support ongoing system usage.
• Update client records in the payroll system (new hires, deductions, tax updates).
• Collaborate with internal departments to support client service.
• Assist clients with questions related to HR compliance and employment regulations.
• Manage payroll package distribution (printing, sealing, mailing).
• Support department initiatives and participate in special projects.
