Job summary

Blue Signal Search seeks a floor-focused operations leader for a growing specialty manufacturer in Atlanta, GA. You will own the full manufacturing flow, develop frontline leaders, and improve how work moves between departments to boost delivery performance, quality, and productivity.

This hands-on role requires 5–10+ years in manufacturing, experience supervising teams, and strong knowledge of production scheduling or ERP.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of hands-on manufacturing or production experience, including supervising teams.
• Experience coordinating multiple production stages toward shared deadlines.
• Lean, 5S, or Kaizen knowledge is a plus.
• Capable of working on-site in Atlanta and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production activities, ensuring smooth flow across stages.
• Build daily/weekly production plans around backlog and customer commitments.
• Develop frontline supervisors and leads with clear performance expectations.
• Identify floor constraints in real time and adjust labor/sequencing to protect delivery.
