Job summary

Boutique Recruiting seeks a Project Manager to oversee commercial glazing projects in Temecula, CA. You will lead multiple projects from submittals through completion, coordinating fabrication, field teams, and budgets to ensure profitability.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in PM for commercial construction, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication. Procore experience is preferred, with onsite work in Temecula and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, scheduling, and financial management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage 8–12 commercial glazing projects simultaneously from submittals through completion.
• Monitor budgets, profitability, schedules, and financial forecasts for project success.
• Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, documentation, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate material procurement to support fabrication and installation schedules.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, field, and installation teams to drive execution.
• Develop schedules, assign resources, and manage resource planning using Procore.
• Track KPIs including profitability, budgets, procurement timelines, and milestones.
• Maintain communication with general contractors, superintendents, and internal teams.
• Identify challenges and implement solutions to minimize delays and financial risk.
• Visit local project sites as needed to support field operations.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and performance.
