Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company seeks a qualified Requirements Analyst to develop and analyze functional and cross-functional requirements, design documentation, and provide expert support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

The role serves as a liaison between clients and the project team, captures supplementary specifications, and ensures adherence to requirements through testing and validation, driving end-to-end ownership of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related scientific/technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Professional Certification or License in functional area preferred.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes common user needs to determine functional requirements for client projects.
• Responds to user requests for common system needs.
• Performs technical assessments aimed at improving client systems.
• Researches, identifies, and recommends resources required for task execution and completion.
• Provides analysis and development of business and functional requirements for small to mid-scale initiatives.
• Serves as functional advisor to clients and recommends small to mid-scale functional changes.
• Generates small to mid-scale recommendations in technical briefings and reports for senior client personnel.
• Consults with clients to determine optimum requirements and design for assigned projects.
• Identifies emerging relevant technologies that may improve current processes and systems.
• Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures and training inputs.
• Performs functional testing of various systems.
• Coordinates with sub-contractors, project stakeholders, and technical experts.
• Benchmarks industry best practices to measure organization’s position.
• Maintains end-to-end ownership of assigned initiatives through implementation.
• Keeps knowledge current on relevant technologies and subject areas.
