Zusammenfassung

Vibram seeks a hands-on Product Developer to join our Inline Product Development team. You will own end-to-end development of inline footwear, from design handoff through prototyping, validation, and production readiness.

You will collaborate with Design, Sales, Brand Partners, and Asia-based manufacturing teams to bring innovative, commercially viable products to market while balancing performance, quality, cost, and timelines.

Qualifikationen

• Own end‑to‑end development of inline footwear products—from brief to production readiness.
• Strong technical expertise in tooling, mold development, materials, construction, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, 2D/3D files, and technical specs; CAD experience is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of footwear materials, construction, lasts, molds, compounds, and foot anatomy.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with proactive solution development.

Aufgaben

• Own the end‑to‑end development of inline footwear from brief through prototyping, validation, and production readiness.
• Serve as technical connector across Design, Sales, China Development, overseas factories, and brand partners.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration to move projects forward via Vibram’s Product Creation Triad.
• Identify and solve construction, material, fit, wear, and cost concerns early in development.
• Prepare and tighten tech packages before development begins.
